Very close to the highway. Easy parking situation. Clean rooms with nice bathrooms, free Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. Our room had a fridge and a microwave which was nice

Hotel is located near airport and close to the City of Providence. It is was a perfect location for us while visiting our son in College. It was clean and the front desk employees were courteous.

We checked in at 2:30 pm. The receptionist gave us a room. We went to the room, and found out there is only one bed. We came back and asked for two-bed room. She said there is no. We asked what about if we wait for a while? Can we have two-bed tomorrow? What about if we called into reserve weeks before we arrive? She said there is no room type guarantee. Then I asked to talk to the manager. She went into the office, came back after five minute and said the manager is on the phone. So I just wait aside to let her taking care other customers. The hotel was worth
I paid for it. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. It is conveniently located next to the Providence airport and there is a shuttle available to take you to/from the airport. I did have two negative experiences with the hotel. I ate in the hotel restaurant and ordered chicken, which was served partially raw. I sent the meal back to the kitchen and the hotel "comped" the meal, but I don't think I'd ever order poultry or pork here again. The other negative that I would mention is the water pressure in the bathrooms.
